Synopsis: Raj (Bobby Deol) a Horse Polo coach, leaves for Switzerland with his wife Priya (Kareena Kapoor) for work. They have the married couple of Vicky (Akshay Kumar) and Sonia (Bipasha Basu) as neighbors. Soon the four become great friends. The difference between Raj and Vicky is that Raj is an employee and Vicky is a filthy rich man. Raj believes in co-incidence, while Vicky believes in planning. Life styles of Vicky and Priya match each other and surprisingly, attitudes of Raj and Sonia match. The relation between the two friends takes a turn when Vicky offers Raj the idea of wife swapping. Raj's anger brings about the end of their friendship. But as destined Vicky and Raj become friends again. Then Vicky proposes wife swapping to Raj again. This time both are drunk and Raj agrees. Raj goes in to Sonia's bedroom. And next thing Vicky learns is that Sonia is dead. Did Raj kill Sonia? If he did, why he killed Sonia? If not, then who killed Sonia? Was it just revenge or money?
