Log in to your iTalkies account. Then select the movies you
want to watch and add them to your queue (our ‘My List” feature).
Prioritize the movies you want to watch first.

Once a business day, we determine the number of movies and their
titles to ship to you. We base this on movie availability, your priority
on the movies and the number of movies allowed by the plan you
are enrolled in. We ship these movies to you by USPS First Class mail.
Delivery usually takes 1-2 days in areas local to our shipping centers located in Seattle, WA and Edison, NJ.
Out of state deliveries and shipments made during postal holidays
can take longer.

Once you have watched a movie you can return it to us using the
pre-stamped return envelope provided by us.
|
|
|
Once we receive your movie we will ship you another movie based on
movie availability, priority and number of movies allowed by your plan.
|
|
|
At the end of every month you credit card will be charged based on
your rental history for the month. The maximum amount you will be
charged is determined by the plan you signed up for.
|
|
|
If your first billing period starts in the middle of a month,
we will only charge you for the remainder of the month.
|
|
|
If you "Pause" your service for vacation during a month, we will
only charge you for the period your service was active during that
month. Your service is active until we receive all the movies
checked out by you, regardless of when you paused your service.

|
If for any day during a month you don’t have the maximum number of
movies checked-out as provided by the plan you are enrolled in, your
monthly charge will be adjusted accordingly. For example, if you
are only waiting for upcoming releases and have no other movies
checked-out, then we wont charge you a subscription fee for the
period you have been waiting. This also means that you can add items to
your queue as an when you want them, allowing you to rent movies on-demand. The rest
of the time you can leave your queue empty or only add movies you want to
reserve in advance.
